At Colonial Village, water & sewage are included with rent. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our renovated clubhouse, on-site maintenance, and playground, making Colonial Village the perfect place to call home.
At Colonial Village, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out. Additionally, a hold deposit is required when an application is approved and the applicant wishes to remain on the waiting list.
At Colonial Village, the application fee is $25 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Colonial Village, residents are responsible for electric, gas, internet, and phone/cable.
Colonial Village is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Colonial Village is located within the Clark County School District. Nearby schools include: Parkwood Elementary, River Valley Middle School, and Jeffersonville High School.

Residents of Colonial Village can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Colonial Village, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, theere are Carports available to rent for a monthly free of $25.
