Colonial Village Apartments in Clarksville, Indiana, offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments, as well as two, three and four bedroom townhomes. Our apartment homes feature private patios, great closet space, and washer & dryer connections. Our community has a playground, furnished clubhouse and is pet friendly. Our maintenance and management teams are on-site and quick to assist your needs. This community is owned and managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.

Colonial Village apartments are by far amazing! The staff is very nice and attentive to both needs and concerns. Katie the service coordinator is such a caring and exceptionally devoted woman! Matthew in the office is always smiling and willing to help in any way, maintenance is friendly and respectful and always fix things right the first time and never do a hold ya over job! I love my colonial village!!!!
